Roles and Responsibilities
Handling daily operations of the outlet, managing staffs on behavioral, performance grounds also as per the operations requirement. Managing and generating revenue (Party booking, promoting outlet in required platforms as per the business needs).
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience handling Food and Beverage operations and Team, managing and generating revenue, meeting corporate, creating guest database. Preferably from Pub located in Salt Lake , New Town, Sector V.
